This is an open access service. We accept self-referrals direct from veterans (who live in London, Greater London, East and West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Medway) or via any professional working with veterans from any organisation. We know that some people find it difficult taking that first step into treatment, therefore a referral from an agency, in agreement with the individual may be preferable.

The minimum information required for a referral is listed below.

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Contact details

  • GP details

  • Brief reason for referral

  • Whether the client is aware of the referral

In our experience, a more detailed referral allows for a better assessment, so we prefer referrals to include as much background information as possible.

Please note: all referrals must be accompanied by a signed 'Consent to Release Service and Medical Information' form which is included in the link to the referral form above.

You will be required to bring proof of having served in the UK Armed Forces to your initial appointment.

We aim to respond to referrals within 48 hours.
